As a dedicated fitness coach and certified personal trainer (ISSA), I bring over 10 years of experience in strength training and conditioning. I’ve competed in powerlifting, completed the Newport, RI marathon, and spent much of my life playing competitive sports — primarily football.
My passion is helping people rebuild confidence and performance through structured, sustainable training. I specialize in strength development, body recomposition, muscle hypertrophy, and mobility — blending experience, discipline, and simplicity to create lasting results.
